AD - Aware Anti-Spyware SE Personal Tested and Safe
Again used by me for years and love it, I run 3 spyware programs and one antivrus which are all here. Ya can never have too many! Look around the page for the (FREE VERSION) or purchase if you like, I run the free one.

AVG FREE - AntiVirus Program - Tested and Safe
I have been using this personally for years, a little hard to find but if this link don't work try www.grisoft.com and look for "free home" edition.

Trendmicro (PC - Cillin) Tested and Safe
FREE Online scan for Viruses or Spyware - Excellent praogram, need braodband, dialup may be a little slow for you!

One of the only web site submit engines that I have found that works and without the hassle of spamming following it

Personally I reckon the best search engine there is, they even have their own search bar for your browser. Very Little spamming if any??

Another search engine FREE Submission of your web site - has a few little problems with spamming aftwerwards.
