Steve talks a little bit about his military background and also how in the Bible Joshua told 12 priests to take a stone from the river Jordan for a memorial to tell their children's, children's children how God had delivered them.

We could not have picked a better bloke to do the memorial for the Patriots, Steve done his job with pride and honour and integrity. Most from the patriots were exceptionally grateful on how he dedicated the memorial and also the way he showed how God used memorials as well.

3 Names of members were already on the memorial who had passed away, also represented were all the symbols from each military service and Steve anointed and blessed not only the plaque in memory of those fallen during war time but also the mates and members that the Patriots had lost as well.

Steve Nelson is also a retired Captain of the Salvation Army with a rather down to earth personality and charismatic approach to life enjoying riding and ministry. Steve is also a registered Bikers 4 Christ rider and very busy in the community with his wife Kaye forever helping someone.
